/ u-ha'u-hu'-i /1. A certain part of the prayer used by the kahuna, priest, in the pule anaana, prayer to curse and destroythe enemy. (When the priest in his incantation reaches this part of the prayer he takes from his assistant the ashes of the maunuanaana, or bait [anything belonging to the victim, as a bit of tapa, spittle, hair, etc.], and wraps it in a leaf of ape to be cast into the sea.)
