Wandering tattler (Heteroscelus incanus), a winter visitor from Alaska, the Yukon, and Prince Edward Sound. It inhabits rocky shores where it feeds on crabs, mollusks, etc. It gets its name ūlili (a bamboo pipe or whistle) from its whistling call.
